These terms govern your use of Korvify's website and advertising service. By signing up for a Korvify plan, you agree to these terms. Korvify is operated by Sandeep Sanjay Kamtam, Autónomo, Tenerife, Spain.

1. The service

Korvify runs paid advertising campaigns (across Meta, Google Ads, and/or TikTok as applicable to your plan) and related organic content on your behalf, using information you provide about your business, and generates advertising creative for your campaigns.

2. Plans and pricing

Current plans and pricing are shown at korvify.com/#pricing. Prices shown are all-inclusive — your advertising spend across the included platforms is covered by your monthly plan fee; there is no separate ad-spend bill from Meta, Google, or TikTok. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to existing customers.

3. Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. If you're signing up as a consumer within the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days — however, by asking us to begin setting up your campaigns immediately, you acknowledge that this right may not apply once the service has been substantially performed, consistent with EU consumer protection rules on services. If you have any doubt about how this applies to your situation, contact us before signing up.

4. Results and reporting

Any lead or results estimates shown on this site (for example, an estimated range of new leads per month) are planning estimates based on typical results for similar businesses, not guarantees. Actual results vary by location, industry, competition, and other factors outside our control. If a campaign is underperforming, we'll work with you to adjust targeting and creative at no extra service charge, but we don't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or sales.

6. What we don't allow

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service for businesses or content that violate the law, the advertising policies of the platforms we use, or that we reasonably believe could damage Korvify's ability to operate its shared advertising accounts responsibly.

7. Intellectual property

Ad creative generated for your account (flyers, video, copy) is yours to use for your own business's marketing once created. Korvify retains ownership of its own platform, software, and the AI/creative generation systems used to produce that creative.

8. Limitation of liability

Korvify's service is provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvify's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you've paid in the three months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time; you by cancelling your subscription, Korvify by providing reasonable notice except in cases of a violation of these terms, in which case Korvify may suspend or terminate service immediately.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're an EU consumer, you're entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for out-of-court resolution of disputes.
